I shall adopt 500 parrots and teach them mixed martial arts. I will then repeat the phrase " A nuclear weapon has been detected 30 miles away heading straight towards us." Day and night until my bird army has been brainwashed to repeat those words infinitely. I will then release my black belt ninja birds over North Korea and wreak havoc on Kim Jong Un. They will scissor kick him repeatedly and the koreans will waster their anti missiles on the fake missile. Then we will unleash a real missile.
