i am using apple cidar vigear to wsh the perm out it takes about a month. and then deep condition.

I transition from a press hair to natural hair very easly. All you need to do is to stop getting it press and also to help with achieving a natural curl pattern when some of your hair remain straight is to two strand twist and use small perm rods on the ends and untwist the twist. After about your 4th or 5th wash you may not need to use the perm rods at all. I hope this help.
