Roy was up there on the charts consistantly with the others in the 50's. When Rock and Roll changed with the Intrioduction of the Beatles, he sort of faded. Then shortly before his death, he came out of nowhere and put another song on the charts and I couldn't get enough of it. He died without seeing the results of that unfortunately.
