Judgeing by the fog coming out it was heating up to some degree. Heating elements generally dont burn out easily. So more likely the thermal switch or thermistor rather than the element. did you check the ohm's on the thermistor?
-
@charlesleroi12 yes, you actually can, but it will destroy it haha,
-
@mujoimelita yeah i got a replacement it fogs out my entire street
-
@mujoimelita it shouldnt unless you spilled some a while back and its just getting out or you turned it upsidedown with fluid in it

what is the name of the 400 watt fog machine?
evandep0s 4 months ago
@evandep0s some fogmachine at walmart a few years back
im pretty sure its brand is fog machine

Nah i dont think the element is broke, i think the issue your having is more related to the fluid. The 1000watt machine runs hotter so the fluid wont condense as easily. You need to use a fluid with a higher concentration of glycol in the 1000watt machine.

@Lokivoid no it definatley was the element, i took it apart and it was not heating up , so i checked the wires, and current was flowing and the pump was running it just didnt heat up, im pretty good with electronics

to tell u the truth the 400 watt seemed better the fog was more thick and seemed to stay longer so im going to have to go with the 400 watt
