After many years of preparation, the movie, Seediq Bale, finally has enough funding for production. But now the director, Wei Te-Sheng, says he is having a hard time finding an actor to play the lead, Mona Rudaw. Hence the filming falls a bit behind schedule. After Weis first full-length film, Cape No. 7, receives international acclaim, many people are looking forward to his next film. In order to catch up with filming schedule, Wei is now running around indigenous communities and other places in searching of a candidate, who speaks the Sediq language, for the actors role.
