Just to clear some things up, the reason why a lot of bands do this is because they're simply headbanging in time to the rhythm of the song. I play in a band, I've tried headbanging out of time to a song while trying to play in time. It does not work out at all. haha.

It's simple.. You just bang your head to each snare/china hit. It's to keep time.

i usually head bang during a breakdown.............when it comes to metalcore other metal you could just windmill metal depending what kind of metal

@12345Carlos umm, that's an insult. That's like if I said that Confide was terrible(not that they are, just using that as an example), would you feel insulted? Or one of your other favorite bands. I'm pretty sure you'd feel a bit offended. Right? If you were to say "I don't like them because (constructive criticism here)" it would be different. When you just say a band is horrible, people are gonna be insulted.

@12345Carlos Just because you don't like them, doesn't mean they suck. I've been to an Attack Attack show and the people there were definitely not a bunch of 14 year olds. They have good music and can put on quite a show. I'm not saying I like Lady Gaga, but I'm also not saying she sucks. Her music is just not for me. Learn to respect other peoples opinions. And throwing insults at me? Dude, that's just immature.
