  • I always finish of my ab workout with 900 reps or 20 minuits seated twists, I do this because its recomended in the infinately useful "Arnold Schwarzenegger Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding", now you tell me that I have been wasting my time?.... sheeeez
