Due to popular requests we've modified the HTML Editor that comes with D7 to make it more user friendly. Large area, to add your copy/text and added the Tiny MCE to areas that do not include an HTML editor.

  • No problem, I understand now. HTML in comments/descriptions has not been added to my D7 mod at this time. Waiting for Boonex to finish versioning :)

  • Does this add an editor for video & photo descriptions as well? This is something I've had requested and I will definately buy your mod if it does & if it will work with v 7.0.2

    Nice work BTW

  • @TheGuyPC Well 7.0.1 is where we are at right now. You're already ahead of me lol! Not quite sure what you mean about 'descriptions' - for photos you can add image description and title yes. For youtube video, you just add the short url and video dimensions you want.

  • @br0wserweb - I'm sorry, I wasn't very clear. I was wondering if this mod would add the new editor to the text area where the descriptions are inserted for videos and photos. As it is now, the text cannot be formatted at all - and longer URLs get broken. This has caused complaints on my site so I'm looking for a way to add an editor to those areas which will allow HTML in the descriptions.

Sorry for being so vague earlier. : )

  • @TheGuyPC No problem, I understand your question now. HTML in comments and descriptions is not something that I have added to D7.

  • Thanks for the compliment, I agree with your thoughts.

  • Nice mod, I always wondered why Boonex thinks so slow.. this should have been a VERY standard feature..
