I want to say this was early 1981 because this may or may not have been before they added face cards to Hit Me's deck and the CR podiums are still red/green/orange/blue.

Totally agree with you on all points. If you know blackjack and the rules of this pricing game, then this is the easiest game, to win, on The Price is Right.
