  • for a younger person withought equipment could u still get stronger with push ups and crunches n stuff??

  • @hamptonpanthers Of course you can get stronger doing those! Those are 2 of the best exercises you can do. But remember not to leave legs out, they make up half your body! Do standing bodyweight squats. For you since you don't have equipment I would try to find ways to workout with things you find around everywhere. Try to find places to do pull ups, tricep dips, dips, somewhere you can jump up and down from. Run 20-40 mins a day. And find a healthy eating lifestyle! Diet is key

  • how'd you get to the way you were at the beginning. i'd be happy just to look like that

  • I was eating kind of lower calories, and really low fat. At that time no sweets at all, ex. soda, chocolate, no fast food meaning anything take out. And I worked out everyday, working out half body parts one day, then the other half the next. I also did light to medium weights. If you want more detail just let me know.
