@gowhitesox12 Sorry, ran out of room to type. On another note, seeing as he was so comfortable shooting at a Cop, it's not hard to assume that he would not have a problem with firing at an innocent civilian. Officers keep the peace, its somewhat ironic, but if this man needs to be shot to save countless others, then so be it. Either way, if he survived the night he probably would have woke up and pissed himself about what happened XD

@gowhitesox12 Well, I can understand the man firing from behind the vehicle after someone who had been drinking fires a weapon. I would have; however, expected him to take out the tires in the place of trying to hit the suspect. Either way you look at it, both methods are justifiable, it's not so much that he shot at a cop, it's that he had drank so much to calmly pull out a weapon and fire without hesitation. This man needed taken down one way or another. Shame how it ended though still.

He sure put this bastard down nicely.

@gowhitesox12 Also because he can't use that weapon on another person.

watch the hands....always pay attention to their hands

@gowhitesox12 he shot the cop and tried escaping. as soon as he tries to kill a police officer they have the right to take him down since he's considered armed and dangerous.

Routine stops are NEVER just routine. Officer was very very lucky the weapon malfunctioned. He became a little lackadaisical and for got to look at the drives hands and was holding his flashlight in his strong hand. Great rapid fire though.
