Geir seems to be spinning out of control there before he falls, but he gets up again surprisingly elegantly.

The way Janove speaks in the beginning of the video cracks me up every time. Suddenly he's developed a strange lisp or something, and speaks way too fast. "Frekthempel". Haha.
