@dav1099 no headache, it just barely grazed me, head too hard, , did dent my door a little, I used some hot water and swelled it back out, no damage, door and me are both fine :)

Charles, ive been building face frame furniture for a few years now, generaly i just use an edge sander with some 100g to fit my doors.  whats your take on that?

@joe65968 that works great, I have one as well but i did it this way because most dont have edge sander, but its a simple matter of using what you have and what ever works for you,,,

@InTheWorkshop Is it a Freud 40 Tooth Glue Line Rip? I have been thinking about one for a month or two now. If it is, how do you like it? My Sales rep from big red told me there moto for it was you can throw away your jointer after buying one. Thoughts?
