Yuri, rest in peace my dear friend. We will never forget our "El Fiendo." No mercy on us!

It's clear to Chicago or US citizens - it would be interesting to see the real street names after prononciation. But the movie is fine!

Absolutely classic.

Old Skid Row (West Madison) is pretty much Yuppieville these days. But Little Jack's was a little too far west and was known not for winos, but cheesecake. Still, I love listening to this, even if it has something to offend just about everyone. But Chicagoans are pretty thick-skinned.

The corner of 71st and Jeffery Blvd was a crime-ridden and dangerous scene in the eearly 1970s.

I remembered some, but certainly not all, of it. I may be sorry I'm asking, but what's the 71st and Jeffries about?

Haven't heard this in 30 years. Thanks. In my head this is still how I pronounce Cermak Road....
