yes but i would buy it from a breeder who socialised and bring the pup in house with children. the first weeks are very important for a dog.

NOWHERE! A serious breeder has so many people who want a puppy that there won't be puppys left... If there's a older dog I think that would has a reason (and not a good one!)

If you don't want to train with a dog you shouldn't have one...!
