IMO, she is the best female rock singer of all time, not that I can think of any males with a better set of chops. Her vocal nuances are amazing, and this song is a really great example.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is a joke big time. Imagine even considering putting Madonna in it, its laughable. Find 20 Madonna songs and put them up against 20 from Heart and amazing that the people that run that dump show their faces in public. There are too many great bands being bypassed for trash. Vintage Heart is as good as anything in rock history. Now the Eighties stuff they put out made me run for the hills.
