I've never had black pudding, it's rare in the U.S., but I'd try it for sure. This looks delicious. Hate the name 'black pudding' though. Doesn't sound like something you SHOULD eat. Hahahhaaa!

A pudding is an older name for any food boiled in a container, e.g steak & kidney pudding, or Christmas pudding, or haggis. In this instance, the container is traditionally a large hog-skin, but a substitute is often used commercially.
