@IndieKey I couldn't agree more ;) by the way, birdy is well known in holland :) she sang in a radio studio of 3FM. Type birdy giel in YouTube and you get to hear her live in that studio , she sang for 6 min sooo good:)

There was also a birdy contest for the dutch birdy, for the winner type this in on YouTube Anna verhoeven de tv draait door.

@BlaiseKingII the rest of the world deserves good music, it's not about Justin Bieber or Birdy, either someone, it's all about music, made to be listened. Birdy is so talented to be recognized only in one country, as for sure in a place exist an amazing singer that I don't know and probably I would love to hear her/his songs. This is the purpose of my channel, share music that I consider good for the world.

UK have so many wonderful artists, don't be selfish with the rest of the world!

this is the first cover from Birdy that I didn't like. I couldn't listen to it till the end, and I'll now get over this trauma by listening to the original. No offense, I just don't believe anyone but Jonas can pull this off.

Overall, it was an "ok" effort. Singing was the best part of this cover, while the end stretch was a disappointment.

This song reminds me of Murray Gold's music for Doctor Who 5:30 onwards-on the Doomsday episode with Rose in the parallel world where the Doctor is left the tardis alone and she is left on the beach crying all alone...I'm crying.

The original is a masterpiece, but this is simply stunning. A completely different take on the song, but I love this.

Of course, I prefer the original. It's a masterpiece. But, this really is one of the best covers ever. The whole point of a cover is to take a great song you love and do it differently, and that's what she did. It's really beautiful, the way she's done it, and and I agree with another commenter, this is really uplifting, while the original is much more dark and somber.

Hmmm.. I like Birdy and her most of her covers but I've got to agree with some ya'll that this song should never be touched. It is in a league of it's own. Good try though.
