@Cakewrangler Well, you at least can take it back and replace it. Mr Man here had his for a little while if I'm not mistaken.
Still, it's a very old problem and I hope it isn't something a lot of slim owners will have to deal with.

is it older? have you Gotten RRoD? It could Be something like Wobble Tray to Hardware failure :( I hope it's nothing.
