@razaviknows idk man im a wrestler of 6 yrs still If I fight on the streets I only throw hits no take downs or anything but I will say it does help if some one tries to take you down or grt you in a lock

This is crazy. I need some good coaching out of practice. Im only in my second year of wrestling, and since sports are so damned expensive and my school is so small i have to wrestle varsity, which sucks lol. Hopefully this year will be better since we got moved a division
