  • Everyone saying why did you drop the weight is retarded. I doubt very few of you know how bad your legs hurt after that even just to walk it back up. Plus if anyone of you actually knew what you were talking about you would now that those type of plates are meant to be dropped. Plus dropping the weight makes you feel like a man. Anyway your a beast with great form, keep it up

  • sorry i didnt realise that your school was ipf headquarters. my bad.

  • Nice man. Great form, strength, and flexibility.

  • That's great!! Especially compared to your bodyweight.

  • @StormJB1

Bret Contreras showed that squats actually get very little glute activation. He did note that external rotation activates a part of the glutes, however, so consider rotating your thighs more. Also, try out the hip thrusts he does.

  • Do you have a "squatters ass" yet? I really want one. but my glutes never seem to get sore or grow :(

  • Walter - Y U SO STRONG?

  • Very impressive technique, about half way past parallel. Some mighty flexible hamstrings you have there.

  • FML thats beast

  • With a 2.25xBW squat, you have earned bragging rights.

  • @raajue3 - Well, I am 6'1". So i believe that he can do it also.
