How to make "no cook" Play Dough

Ingredients :
2 cups Plain Flour
4 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
2 Tablespooons cooking oil
1 cup Salt
2 cups Boiling water
Food dye

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix, and allow to cool...

Add dye either before or after mixing...

Keep in an airtight container to prolong life.

Mine kept for several weeks, before becoming crystalline.

@CristineBabbi No, not baking soda, but someone recently told me that you can substitute baking powder, as that contains cream of tartar. Hope that helps! ^_^
