@chickenfetusnarr yeah its the same riff. but you know... lets say you are a guitarist who has never heard of iron maiden or thor and you fiddle around on your guitar and play a triplet beat, you will most likely stumble upon this riff sooner or later because it's harmonically "logical" to play it like this. So I dont know if thor was inspired by iron maiden or not, it could be and it could also be that they never even heard transsylvania.
