@ghostfraud You should have blown a horn at the buffalo, and shout at them to move away from the road. That would help them move out of the way.

Beautiful video! I love how excited everyone was when you first saw them. I had the same reaction. I could have stayed for an hour to watch them. They are so majestic creatures. You were right about that guy needing to get back in his car. Sheesh. And the baby was so sweet. Thanks so much for posting. Brought back great memories!

They roll in the dirt to show their upset, same has if their clawing the dirt! Buffalo are not tame animals and once they charge they never ever bluff! If they charge it's always full blown! And if your the one pissing them off by your presence then god help you if you have no where to go! I have dealt with alot bison and at times they tolerate people in cars but the point where they stop tolerating you, theres going to be problems! They are not tame and I have been charged it's not good!

man those are some big bison, we have a small herd in memphis at shelby farms but they arent anywhere near as buff as those guys

I think it's like dry mud bathing - it gets bugs and plant bits out of their coat. Then again they are rolling in dirt.
