My 75G 5'x15"x20" Eastern Amazonas Biotope.

The biotope is focused on the mouth of where the Rio Tapajos meets the Rio Amazonas (Amazon Basin) as it features a couple of species from the greater Amazon, and not just the Rio Tapajos. This is certainly a little looser than I'd like as the Orange Heads are the variant that are believed to be from the Rio Araguaia and not the common Rio Tapajos variant, although some recent information from collectors may lead us to believe that no Orange Head species exist in the Rio Araguaia and are actually from the Rio Negro instead.

6x Geophagus sp. "Araguaia Orange Head" (3M 3F)
7x Corydoras julii
5x Otocinclus hoppei
10x Nannostomus beckfordi "Golden Pencilfish"
26x Hyphessobrycon pulchripinnis "Lemon Tetra"
