Getting shots at the doctor. :(

I am getting 4 shots at the doctor, and i am in 7th grade when this video was made. I am still extemely scared of shots, and if you would like me to i can post my shot video from 8th grade! Just comment if you would like to see it!

I had to take 3 shots, at first I was terrified but then I took a deep breath and I looked away thought of something else. So guess what the needle felt like? An ant. I took 3 shots without complaining or crying.

Thats just a phobia which is understandable, when I was about to enter 7th grade and was getting my shots, I just looked away. I mean I guess it depends on the individual but I never really found it painful just really weird feeling and cold. Don't look forward to them but they don't even last a second.

sorry, about my long messages, but I use to be, and still am terrified of needles, I've just found ways to cope and now I can at least go to the doctors and get one without acting like that ^ which I use to. sorry, if I sounded rude or soemthing, just trying to help. :)

if its the pain your afraid of, then ask for numbing cream, I swear you won't feel anything after they put it on! if you don't like how needles look, don't look at them, actually don't ever look at them! it makes it worse!!! if you don't like the thought of someone sticking something in your arm, something that dosn't belong in your arm, then, sorry, got no clue what to say about that. if your afraid of the chemicals being injected into you, don't be, they've been tested, and do any harm.

I do understand your fear of needles. trust me I do!!! I hate needles to! but you're only making it worse for yourself. by acting like that you only make your self more scared, you get your body worked up, and you adrenilin pumping, so you get more scared. and I bet afterwards you were kinda embaressed. so just try to relax, find soemthing to distract your self, bring an I-pod, read something, talk to someone. (part 2 above!)

ok this is the way i am... i had a strep test done and the nurse was swabbing for at least a minute but i get shots and pass out
