Ohhh Pinhead in the background on the computer <3 I love the try for his look though it is a very hard thing to do. Keep it up and maybe you can perfect it with different methods!

@SharksBiteOfLife Here's what really works. You need to coat your entire head with liquid latex and then glue the nails on with more liquid latex. It's strong enough to make them stand straight out and not sag. Oh, and don't use real nails unless you're sure no one is going to touch you. Use Q-Tips with plastic shafts and melt each end in a candle flame to form a small disc. Then spray paint them with chrome-colored paint. Works like a charm and will not fall off.
