Low in the West, just after sunset look for bright 'stars'. The lower one and brighter one is Jupiter who is on the other side of the Sun, while the higher fainter one is Mercury. Mercury is always difficult to see as it never appears far from the Sun. Venus is of course unmissable and

  • Great footage. We view Sirius, Venus, Mars, Betelgeuse, Moon etc. every evening here. The night sky never used to look like this. Are you using a tripod, because I can't keep the camera steady when in high zoom.
