@dell1010g Thank you for your response. I ended up purchasing a Weston Pro-2200, I believe you reviewed this in this video series. I am pleased with its ability to pull a strong vacuum. My profession is involved with vacuum chambers in relation to a aging process/stress test on brazed metal components, so the machines ability to draw such a powerful vacuum impressed me. Your group is a breath of fresh air, knowledgable, well spoken and unbiased. It is very much appreciated keep up the great work

excellent video. for someone just getting into long term storage it is nice to hear from a professional in this industry, thank you for sharing this. i goto the local walmart or look online and have a reasonable budget for a machine… but the options are overwhelming. I wanted quality but dollar amount (as i discovered in this video…) does not always equal the right choice!

@dell1010g Thank you for your comments. You are correct that dollar amount does not mean quality. We have a long history working with vacuum packers manufactured all over the world. Any unit we sell we stand behind and can fix and feel it is a step above the other units on the market today. Some are better than others give us a call if you would like to talk about your project we can suggest a unit that will fit your needs. Not to much not to little just right!

I do have one question. What is the best way to seal powdered products. Like flour and such? They too get sucked up into the vacuum.

@Tosy52 Use a paper bag like a school kids lunch sack. We have a video about how to do it here on Youtube via our channel. Thanks for the post

This is good old American Marketing. My gut tells me you would never get a bad deal from this fella. Ive saved your videos and when I have the cash Im going to call. Ive got some of those wimpy foodsaver sealers and they are not worth the box they came in. Thats my opinion. Good presentation. Id like to do business with you.
