Now
This chapter is not very long but it explains what happened in Katie's life when her three older brothers formed the JONAS BROTHERS and became famous.
My family had always been in to music. My parents were on Broadway and loved music. Nick and Joe followed their footsteps and were on Broadway also. Nick would sing and play all sorts of instruments. Kevin learned how to play the guitar and it became his passion. Joe discovered he could sing and then they formed a band. Now, everybody knows them as THE JONAS BROTHERS. My Dad is their manager. Sometimes I can't believe that my brothers are actually famous. These millions of fan all over the world love them. Everywhere they go, girls are there screaming. They all find them HOT. That's kind of weird...At the beginning, I was really excited. But, know I don't know if it brought anything positive in my life. Well, I AM happy for them, they are realizing their dream and everything, but I almost never see them anymore.
At the beginning, we all toured with them and lived in the bus. I couldn't live that way for long. I was missing my friends, my home, my dance classes and I wanted to go back to a school instead of my mom home schooling me. So, now my Mom, Frankie and I live at our house while my Dad is on tour with Kevin, Joe and Nick. They don't come home really often. They have so much going on. But they call when they can. I think it's been 8 months since I've seen them. Frankie and Mom went to visit them about two months ago but I was out on a class fieldtrip. I feel like I don't really know my brothers anymore. When they call, we don't really talk...Aaah, I wish nothing had changed.
