@doubletap333 Well said. I usually skip right past the intros. If people didn't know who Hitchens is, they wouldn't be attending the debate. The adjudicator ought to wave a checkered flag and move aside.

@4cellar2door0 God does not have to kill the innocent, for as the Apostle Paul of Tarsus recites from an earlier text, "There is no one righteous, not even one...." (Rom 3:10 NIV) This verse, along with many others in the Christian Bible, helped St. Augustine, and his successors, to develop the doctrine of Original Sin.
