@hanifabidin90 men did not look like this thousands of years ago. The amount of symmetry the man on the video has is calculated, the people of the past went a long time without nutrition which made them unable to build this kind of physique. Plus most of their muscles would be made for endurance, which is a much smaller type of physique all together. They were certainly more fit than us, but when it came to aesthetics, not much different that the average man.
