if it were me I'd just microwave the caramel and the chocolate and dip the cookies in them :D

Nice recipe. I used a tablespoon as a mould and pressed the biscuits in with a tea towel over my thumb as the biscuits are quite hot. I also accidentally put a biscuit in the microwave for 200 seconds instead of 20 and smoked the kitchen out!

Couldn't you have used one of the smaller measuring spoons to press the cookies instead of burning your thumb?
