Sihanoukville attracts tourists with its relaxed beach atmosphere when compared to Thailand's more developed ones. In this place, there are several Guestehouses, Motels, Hotels (3-5 stars also). If you want to stay 4-5 months you must get an insurrance for your vacations. About medical treatment, surely there are hospital and clinic, but if you have serious problem during your vacations in Cambodia, you must go to Bangkok (Thailand) or HCM city (Vietanm) for your safety.

Hi CPP Canada.ive been spending my winters in thailand but wish to try Cambodia this winter.I hear it is much cheaper than Thailand .Is this true? thanks

@bealy202 i adored this place, we got stuck overnight at sea because our fishing boat was broken, lots of fresh fish, beer and local herb helped us through!!!!
