Jasmine the Shih Tzu Labor Delivery Nesting - Day before she had her pups.

At 10pm 2 nights before she had her pups, Jasmine our shih tzu started scratching and digging on the floor, rearranging her bedding, and nesting, getting ready to deliver her puppies. At 6am the next day she started panting, and on and off all day was acting strange, disoriented and was ready to have puppies, by the next morning she let out with a big scream and we had to rush her to the vet for a emergency c section, since she passed a double bag of fluid that would not come out on her own, so the vet sugguested a c section, since the vet said she had puppies before by the c section scaring I decided to have her spayed. She is 5 years old. She is doing well now, and the puppies are feeding good, and she is recovering from her surgery.
