Very nice restoration. I just got one and it looks to be complete with Mag, water pump, carburetor plus a healthy coating of mud, grease and rust. Seeing yours run gives me motivation to get mine running.

Very nice restoration. Wish I could see the original water cooling system. If it was used. Looks kinda like a marine engine to me.

As far as I know, (from the original ad) they did not come with a cooling system. Some Cushmans were made to be marine engines, and instead of a pully, they had the drive shaft for the propeller.
