  • do you have to use just the egg whites, or can the whole egg be used?

  • You can use whole eggs too.

  • I love your vids, Dani, but I'm leary of using the microwave for daily cooking, if at all. What's your take on that as it pertains to "clean" living?

  • I completely understand your hesitation... and personally I also try to keep my microwave usage to a minimum BUT with that being said, I work with so many clients that literally have NO time to cook and need things to be faster than fast and easier than easy!

I believe we all have to pick and choose out battles when it comes to eating well, and if using a microwave is what it takes to help you do that, then I say, "go for it".

A microwave scramble is still A LOT better than a pop tart;)!

  • I would think a person as healthy as you would avoid the microwave as much as possible... microwave corrupts the molecules and turns even the healthiest foods into garbage

  • awesome!!! thank you for this!

  • Nice!!!

  • VERY interesting. :) i never thought about putting eggs in a microwave; i thought that it had to be cooked by pan. also it seems very to take around. place it in a container with a lid on it, leave it in a cooled lunch pack or the fridge at work and pop it in the microwave! ;) <3

  • Wonderful !!

  • That is a good ideal, Never thought about it. Im going to try it.

    Thank you.
