For the first time since the year 2000, the Congress will pass a budget during an election year. This budget is fiscally responsible, reduces the deficit, and returns the nation's budget to balance in 2012 and is fully compliant with pay-as-you-go budget rules. This fiscally responsible budget meets our obligation to defend our country, invest in our energy security, cut taxes for the middle class, care for our veterans, strengthen America's economy and create jobs. This was an important statement by the House Speaker, but the choppy audio makes it very difficult to understand. Ms. Pelosi, in the spirit of desire to make certain your ideas are well defined and rightly understood, you also need to seek some coaching on public speaking.

We are developing three distinct parties Democratic, Republic, and Corporate. The orporate is even developing a constitution which basically says -you have the right to work as long as you work really hard and keep your mouth shut(don't ask any questions)-like questions about the diebold electronic voting machines-otherwise you have the constitutional rights!
