Guys im sorry, I LOVE red dwarf but this was a lazy attempted by rob and (douge?) to get intrest in the show again :( It was a rip off of a film of League of gentlmen. PLEASE watch The League of Gentlemen's Apocalypse/trailer It was made years before this and then tell me its not a rip off. ONCE again i LOVE red dwarf with a passion. But part 2 and 3 were an obvsious lazy rip off. It has the same story, the same 'small event' like the characters meeting the actors and writers... :( im shocked

I loved the first 5 seasons, the other 3 were good but not as good. This specials was the worst attempt at something funny I have ever seen.

@chubbylilloser P.s i know i may be sounding like a trol that comes on to cause trouble. Im really not. I'm just a BIG fan of series 1-8 and was shocked at what they did to it in 3 episodes. Altho the first part was really good and did make me hope they had gone back to basics old fun of series 4-6:D

@ianiansymes true, It seem very odd tho that a UK cult show makes a film about their main characters coming into the real world, meeting the actors/writers who play them, seeing their merchandise, finding out their a bit of a joke and finding out their world is just apart of a TV show.. then 2-3 years later this is released :(As a Fan of RD i LOVED the originality of the show. THis wasnt original, it was a big advert for the channel dave (maybe to get them to fund a new series? Which they have:D
