Wayne Grubb worked at a Japanese Corporation's factory in Chillicothe, Ohio for 17 years. After suffering a near fatal heart attack five years ago, he was fired. Mr. Grubb explains what happened, why he feels it happened, and the subsequent lawsuits and conspiracy that left him FIRED! with no recourse in a Right to Work state.
Hers an example. I was involved in an accident where a man died. I was in the front passenger seat of van. Window in your face type, that close. The driver hits and kills a bicyclist. Then later im used in a managers sick sense of humor and teased about it, and then only told i deserved it. HR and management back each other. i had counseling and breakdowns. Its been hell. Essentially, They can treat you any way they want. Unions are weak. Its wrong wrong wrong. what i have seen happen is sick.
