Yeah. I grew up on Madison St. in BK back in the late-80's (Yanks fan by '88), and one could say that by that time the place was a fuckin' mess. Even though they did "pretty-up" the exterior with that great-looking 'Metropolitan Royal" blue color & neon lights in the 80's. Shea was definitely a bit of a death trap for about 20 years up until it closed. But I still kinda miss that old shit house. The Citi doesn't fit in that area.

to be honest the old stadium is way better than the one they have now. u can see the dam airplanes taking off lol. Shea had a lot of moments like one of the biggest concerts including the Beetles and the billy joe guy. Yankee stadium had much more moments though
