how come every time i try to download the mod foe em3 it says it cant find a destination or is in use by snother aplication???

Try uninstalling and reinstalling Emergency 3, and redownloading the LA mod. What are you trying to play it on?

I do notice though that your fire was far from under control.. (I play E4 as well, and that's the gas line break), at least it wasn't at the warehouse and didn't become a haz-mat situation..

Yup. Unfortunantly, to film a video for youtube, I have to sacrafice the speed, efficency and multitasking required for many emergencies. If I sped through it and got the entire fire under control, i'd have to switch views and camera angles every 30 secounds, and either it would look extremally poor, or it'd take me fourty hours to finish. In some of the longer videos, my cut off is where I stop filming and actually call in what I need to handle the situation that arises.

im trying to play it for emergency 3 USA edition... but every time i download it there always seems to be a problem
