Hi all - Just wanted to update you on how effective my fast was 2 years ago. My life has completely changed. From where I was then to where I am today - there is no comparison. I have learned that the greater the sacrifice - the greater the breakthrough. You have to ask yourself what do you want more - that ¼ pounder from MC Ds or breakthrough? If you need a miracle then sacrifice and God will give you increase, He will heal your marriage, or bring your son home. You can do it, go 4 it...
