1. you can easily power a starting village with a few wind turbines.

2.you don't need power lines. power can travel through zones.

3. you don't even need water until you have a demand for higher density zones.

4. the car symbol disappeared because the buildings had started to be occupied.

5. the roads will cost to much to maintain.

6. you don't need police or firemen until a problem arises.

7. they were unhappy about the jobs because there was demand for industry not commercial.
