  • @Supplements4TheWin...You really should not be talking about this. You clearly do not know what you are doing. Follow the link below. Listen and learn my friend.

  • @motionman0 I dont know what im doing? Yes, actually I do. And its working VERY well for me :) thanks

  • @Supplements4TheWin Sorry to break it to you, but the creatine mono you're using is of low grade -- I know as it is something that's currently collecting dust on my kitchen counter.

I recommend you try Optimum Nutrition's micronized creatine, which is made from Creapure. (If you don't know what Creapure is, then you should not be using creatine supplementation until you have done your own research on the different makes of creatine.)

  • @AmadeusExcello and sorry to break it to YOU too boss. But CreaPure isnt a creatine.. its a TYPE of creatine, so you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. And every human body reacts to different things better. This creatine is better for me than any that i have tried. just cause it didnt do anything for you, dosnt mean its shit.

  • @Supplements4TheWin Do you know how to read?

Here's what I stated which escaped your level of comprehension: "If you don't know what Creapure is, then you should not be using creatine supplementation until you have done your own research on the **different makes of creatine**."

"Different makes (i.e., types, kinds, blends) of creatine."

  • @AmadeusExcello aright, i misread it. still dosnt make what i said next false.

  • This stuff is super inexpensive. I have been taking it for like two weeks so I'm still waiting on results. I also heard Creapure is good.

  • why do you have to do it and then stop for a month?

  • the reason its not all disolving is because its not micronized creatine

  • @Supplements4TheWin can i take it when i wake up and then after a work out that day and if i dont work out that day should i take it when i wake up and 12 hours later?
