This video is uplifts me and depresses me at the same time.
I'm sad because this will never be mainstream; it isn't about popping bottles in the club, or driving trucks on 30 inch rims, doing drugs and having money, or any of that braggadocio pop culture. I am uplifted, because I know with everyone making noise about "hip hop is dead," they just either aren't looking hard enough or don't know what too look for. They're making real music and having fun, and not selling out. Fuck what's popular.
