@ToLazy4Name it is good to do it because once you start doing lazy to drops then if you dont push off, your body will be so close to the obstacle and you will have torn skin and stuff.

Regarding the Lazy vault--Is it absolutely necessary to put your other hand on the thing you're vaulting over once you clear it? Because i only use one hand and don't bother pushing off with the other.

this is the best vaults video! my favorite vault is the "reverse vault" but i dont know to do it very correctly.. but i have started with parkour 7 days ago.. :)
