Google: Student wants boss of YouTube jailed for contempt

"A STUDENT falsely accused of taxi fare evasion in an internet video is to seek High Court permission to bring a contempt of court action against YouTube after the clip was put up again on the web."

In spite of YouTube's statement in the Community Guidelines within the Terms of Service assuring members it would take threats, harassment, and inciting others to commit violent acts very seriously, I found it to be just a false promise.
