HERES OTTO PART 145

Ottos video log is spread over 2 days where Otto explores 2 different paths to the hill top. The first path Otto takes is the wheelchair path with only a low grade. The second hike uses the same steep path to ascend and descend the Seal Point Plateau.
As before Otto walks off leash to enjoy his walk more. Otto first enters the park to be greeted by many curious canines. Otto shows only limp interest in the toy that caused Otto to chase a dog interested in the same toy the day before. See Heres Otto part 144. Otto finds a little dog being harassed by a number of dogs that chase the dog to its owner who raises a plastic ball holder and that stops all the pursuing dogs. Otto OKs out takes.
