that was nice ... but u dint show the actual heat consistency should the oil have before we could apply and also ur method could result into a disaster of gulab jamun for the freashers.... and above all u dint even mention at what time should the jamun should be let in chashni... drawbacks but for me the presentation was rocking ... theirs always something to learn from professional cooks....
